We are delighted to confirm that Brook Green Surgery will be relocating on a permanent basis to new premises nearby on Friday 21 January 2022 at the Milson Road Health Centre. The new address is:

The current premises will not be in use after Thursday 20 January 2022.

We are delighted to announce that our surgery will be moving to new premises in Milson Rd in Autumn 2021. This newly refurbished NHS site in addition to providing other local services will house two individual GP practices, Brook Green Surgery and our neighbours, Sterndale Surgery. Our new premises and facilities will be up-to-date and enable us to deliver primary care health care to the highest modern standards. There will be more space to allow designated clinical areas and the provision of additional facilities to support a wider range of services, so that our patients can obtain the treatment they need closer to home.
You don’t need to take any action and you will remain a patient of Dr Skinner
